How can I access Azure maps for the project?

Do we have to spend money for using other services, if not how can we request for the service?

  It should be possible, however, I've not tried this in a Trial account, in any event Azure Maps for Fabric / PowerBI require enabling support at the tenant level as described here: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Enable-Map-Visual/m-p/2187937

  Azure maps also offers standlone pricing mentioned here that is free depending on the usage amount:

  When using services deployed into an Azure account, it is important to be aware for any services that might incur cost charges.
